What information do you need from me to start?
We need your up-to-date CV, your preferred job titles, your target locations, a rough salary range, and any companies you would like to be excluded. The more specific you are, the better we can match roles to your profile.
Do you apply to roles I haven't approved?
We apply to roles that match the preferences you give us at sign-up. If you provide a narrow brief (specific companies, specific role levels), we work strictly within that. If you give us broader direction, we use our judgement to find the best-fit openings. You will always receive the full list of applications made.
Can I request a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Refunds are available if we have not yet begun applying for you — typically within two hours of receiving your CV. Once applications are in progress, we cannot refund the plan but will complete the full number of applications committed to. If we fall short of the minimum count due to a lack of matching roles, we extend your plan at no additional cost.
Will employers know someone else applied on my behalf?
No. All applications are submitted using your personal details and CV, exactly as they would be if you applied yourself. The process is entirely invisible to the employer — from their perspective, you applied directly.
Is payment secure? How does Paystack work?
Yes. All payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. You can pay with a debit card, bank transfer, or USSD. Jobmoreness never stores or sees your card details — that data goes directly to Paystack's secure servers.
How quickly do applications go out after I pay?
Once you send us your CV and preferences (usually via the confirmation email), applications begin within one business day. For plans received Monday to Friday before 3 pm WAT, expect the first batch the same evening or the following morning.
What sectors and locations do you cover?
We cover all 30+ categories listed on the Jobmoreness platform, plus roles sourced from external boards. Geographically, we apply to roles across all 36 Nigerian states and the FCT, as well as remote positions with Nigerian or Africa-based employers.
Can I upgrade my plan after paying?
Yes. If you start on the Starter or Growth plan and want to upgrade before the plan period ends, you can pay the difference and we will continue at the higher tier. Send an email to hello@jobmoreness.ng with your payment reference and we will apply the upgrade within the business day.
